End Grain Chopping Block

These elegant chopping blocks are perfect for the chef in the family. End-grain blocks are well known to keep your high-end knives sharper for longer! Our blocks are fabricated from repurposed New England cherry, maple and walnut and sealed with a natural beeswax and mineral oil blend. They are 100% food safe and functional.

Care and maintenance: Handwash (boards are not dishwasher safe) and dry thoroughly. Cutting boards have been treated with mineral oil and beeswax, and may bleed slightly. Any excess oil or wax is easily wiped off with a soft clean rag. To maintain the board’s condition, we suggest rubbing with food-safe mineral oil and/or beeswax every few months.
