Curbside pickups occur bi-weekly on Fridays. Mattresses must be placed on the curb
outside your building by 7:30 am on the day of your pick-up. Under strict instructions, our
crew will not go onto people’s private property and will only remove mattresses that
are curbside and off of an individual’s property. If you have specific requirements for your
residence, please include a clear and concise note for our dispatch team.
*PLEASE NOTE: that we will choose the first available date (generally within 1-2 weeks),
unless otherwise directed. If you need to schedule for a future date, please note this in the
comments section on the next page.
