The maintenance kit includes (1) microfiber rag and (1) 2-ounce tin of board butter made specially for cutting boards. The board butter is made from a natural blend of beeswax and mineral oil.

Monthly application of the board butter keeps the wood hydrated and ensure that the wood does not warp or split, keeping it in pristine condition.
