c073d688391155076dfeb91c2f884deeOn Wednesday, Oct. 5, from 11:00am to 1:00pm, UTEC will host a free open house to showcase its extensive catering, facility rentals, and event services.  All are welcome.

Whether you’re planning a small office meeting, a big holiday party, or the wedding of Charles and Diana, this special open house is for you. Drop in at your convenience to sample various sweet and savory bites, see the event and meeting spaces in our LEED Platinum-certified green building, and learn more about on-site and offsite catering options.  As you’ll see, we have spaces available for parties of 10 to 300 and offer both inclusive packages and the opportunity to rent space and bring in your own vendors. Have your own space? Allow UTEC to take care of the menu and service. So, whether it’s just catering an off-site office lunch or staging an elaborate gala for 250 in our main function hall, UTEC can handle most any event, regardless of size, taste, and budget.

When you join us on Oct. 5th, you’ll see that our unique and historic building is perfect for weddings, galas, concerts, meetings, seminars, cocktail parties, birthdays, performances, lectures, film releases, and so much more. Facility rentals help to support UTEC’s mission-driven work with young people, both through rental revenue and by providing diverse opportunities for youth to be involved in planning and staffing. After an ambitious renovation, finished in 2012, UTEC is now the oldest LEED Platinum-certified building in the world. We take pride in our “green” features, from the solar panels on our roof to the local ingredients in our kitchzita7en.
